We work with your church through three major "phases" of a building project:
- Planning
- Design
- Construction Administration
During the Planning Phase, we do two things:
- Ministry Visioning. We spend time with your leadership, volunteers and congregation. We want to learn about your ministry and meet the people that make up your church. We want to get involved in your vision and purpose, and understand the unique calling God has for you.
- Master Planning. Based on your vision, your people, and your community, we put together a concept for a building that will both serve and represent your ministry.
During the Design Phase we work with you to finalize designs and plans down to the last detail. By the end of the design process, but before construction begins, you will be able to see your new building.
We also offer Construction Administration services. That means we don't just pack up when the designing is done and hope the builders get it right. We work with contractors that we know, and we make sure your project is done right. We visit the construction site periodically, and represent your interests regarding scheduling and budget. We're with you until the grand opening.
